Australia Subclass 188A Business Innovation

- Australia Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) Business Innovation Stream, also known as 188A visa program, is tailored for the shareholders of small and medium-sized enterprises. The 188A visa grants its holders the right to stay in Australia for up to 4 years. Holders of 188A visa shall make a minimum investment of AUD 200,000 and operate a business for at least 2 years in Australia. If they manage to meet the business and residency requirements, they can apply for Australian Permanent Residence. Due to its easily-met requirements and low cost, this visa is favored by many SME owners.

Australia Subclass 188B Investor


- Australia Subclass 188B investor visa, also known as 188B Australia investor visa, is for people with investment experience in real estate, stock, funds and other fields to immigrate to Australia. In order to apply for a 188B Australia investor visa, applicants shall invest at least AUD 1.5 million in an Australian State or Territory and maintain business or investment activity in Australia. After fulfilling certain requirements, holders of 188B Australia investor visa can apply for Australia permanent residency (PR) through Business Innovation and Investment (permanent) visa (subclass 888) Investor Stream.

Australia Subclass 188C Significant Investor

- Australia Subclass 188C Significant Investor program is for applicants to obtain a 4-year Australia investor visa (188C visa) by investing at least AUD 5 million in Australia. Holders of 188C visa can apply for Australian permanent residence (PR) through Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) Visa (subclass 888) Significant Investor Stream. The 188C visa program is suitable for high-net-worth individuals. The 188C visa program stands out with its easily-met requirements. Applicants for 188C visa program do not need to have any business start-up or work experience. What’s more, the residency requirements for 188C visa holders are way more friendly.

Before you can apply, we’ll first need you to send us an Expression of Interest telling us about your business experience and investment. If your Expression of Interest is successful we’ll invite you and your partner and dependent children to apply for New Zealand residence.

With this visa you can

  • Live, work and study in New Zealand.

  • Include your partner, and dependent children aged 24 and under, in your visa application.
